Whenever you purchase any paid app from Sunmax Store, we will let you know that app is need an activation key. We will provide you this but keep in your mind that any charges if apply will be taken by app developers. There is no extra charge will be taken by Sunmax Store. Still if you having issue with app installation or activation key generation, feel free to contact us or raise a ticket.
Refund & Resubscription Policy
If you want to cancel your order on Sunmax Store for the app you purchased, you can anytime and your refund from Sunmax Store will be given back to you. But there is no possibility that the service you are using, will give your refund back. For example, you subscribed to Microsoft 365 and then you want to cancel your subscription, then you need to contact the customer support of Microsoft to get your refund back.
